Product and Refund Policy
Tile Project – Valid for Handmade Works
At Çini Project, we take the utmost care to ensure the safe delivery of our unique, handcrafted pieces. Due to the delicate nature of our products, our returns and exchange processes are structured as follows:
1. Product Inspection at the Time of Delivery
- Our products are specially packaged to prevent breakage.
- When receiving your order, please open and check the package in the presence of the courier.
- If the product is broken, cracked or damaged, be sure to keep a report.
- No refunds or exchanges can be made in damage reports made without a report being kept.
2. Damaged Product Status
- For damaged products documented with a report, simply contact us within 24 hours and send us photos.
- In this case, your product will be replaced with a new one free of charge or a refund will be made.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
- Within the scope of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
- However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or specially ordered works.
- The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- For returns with no defects, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer.
4. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, you can send the product back to us with the cargo company provided to you.
- Once the product reaches us and the inspection is completed, a refund will be made within 5 business days.
- Bank processing times for credit card refunds may vary.
5. Naturalness in Handmade Products
- All of our products are handmade, so slight variations in color tones and patterns may occur.
- This situation is part of the natural structure and artistic value of the work; it is not considered a defect.
