Designed by Gül Camadan , one of the founders of Çini Project , this special ceramic jar stands out with its unique patterns meticulously applied to its traditional wheel-drawn form. The middle section of the jar features a geometric design positioned opposite the onion motif, an endemic plant of Anatolia. The upper and lower sections are decorated with contours reminiscent of the elegant motifs of Ottoman tile art. The harmonious combination of green, black, and white adds both aesthetic and timeless value to the piece.

Product and Refund Policy

At Çini Project, we take the utmost care to ensure the safe delivery of our unique, handcrafted pieces. Due to the delicate nature of our products, our returns and exchange processes are structured as follows:
1. Product Inspection at the Time of Delivery
- Our products are specially packaged to prevent breakage.
- When receiving your order, please open and check the package in the presence of the courier.
- If the product is broken, cracked or damaged, be sure to keep a report.
- No refunds or exchanges can be made in damage reports made without a report being kept.
2. Damaged Product Status
- For damaged products documented with a report, simply contact us within 24 hours and send us photos.
- In this case, your product will be replaced with a new one free of charge or a refund will be made.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
- Within the scope of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
- However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or specially ordered works.
- The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- For returns with no defects, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer.
4. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, you can send the product back to us with the cargo company provided to you.
- Once the product reaches us and the inspection is completed, a refund will be made within 5 business days.
- Bank processing times for credit card refunds may vary.
5. Naturalness in Handmade Products
- All of our products are handmade, so slight variations in color tones and patterns may occur.
- This situation is part of the natural structure and artistic value of the work; it is not considered a defect.

1. Shipping Time
- Your orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the production and quality control process.
- For ready stock products, this period is usually 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time for special production or personalized designs is also stated separately in the product description.
2. Cargo Company and Tracking
- Our shipments within Türkiye are made with contracted cargo companies.
- When your order is shipped, you will be notified of the tracking number via SMS and email.
- You can monitor the status of your cargo at any time with tracking information.
3. Packaging and Safety
- All our products are packaged in special protective packaging to prevent breakage.
- Our packaging process is carried out with extra care to ensure that the product reaches you safely.
4. Check at the Time of Delivery
- When you receive your order, we kindly ask you to open and check the package in the presence of the courier.
- If there is damage to the product, a report must be kept at the time of delivery.
